Gasssssss
Gases are colourless, sometimes odourless and often dangerous. A gas detector provides additional safety and detects the presence of explosive gases such as butane, propane, methane, natural gas and town gas. Elro also has carbon monoxide detectors to alert you in time to the presence of the odourless, deadly carbon monoxide.

Where to place?
In case of natural gas place the detector up to 30 inches below the ceiling and not more than 8 meters from the place where the gas may come from. When using butane or propane (in the boat, camper, or caravan) it is better to install the gas detector at a low height, up to 30 inches above the floor and up to 4 meters away from the potential leakage location.

Carbon monoxide detector
Carbon monoxide is not called a silent killer without a reason. The gas is colourless and odourless, but toxic. Place the Elro carbon monoxide detector near the location where the leakage may occur, such as the boiler, gas stove, gas boiler or gas fireplace.
