Warranty and service
Smartwares S&L guarantees the quality of the delivered product for 12, 24 or 36 months after purchasing the product. The warranty period differs per product and is indicated on the packaging.
Here below are the warranty conditions applicable to our products.
Warranty conditions:
- If the product shows to be defective within 30 days after purchase, then you can exchange the product on presentation of proof of purchase to the store where you have bought it.
- If you have purchased the product longer than 30 days and you have the product warranty, you then can have the product repaired free of charge on presentation of proof of purchase.
- Without proof of purchase Roos Electronics BV reserves the right to refuse repair or charge the repair costs. This also applies to products which fall outside the guarantee period.
Above warranty conditions shall not apply if:
- The product is insufficiently protected against transport damage at return.
- Changes have been made to the product.
- There are defects or damage caused by failure to observe the operation manual, unintentional or intentional destruction or by external factors such as lightning, power outages, natural disasters, etc.
- Smartwares S&L not being given an opportunity to examine the defective article.
