The ELRO FC5003 carbon monoxide detectors ensure that you are warned in time when the toxic carbon monoxide gas is present. This gas is odourless and invisible, making it impossible to detect without a detector. Carbon monoxide is produced by incomplete combustion and can occur near a chimney, water heater, or central heating boiler.

These ELRO detectors are equipped with a high-quality electrochemical sensor that continuously measures the concentration of carbon monoxide in the air. The display shows the CO concentration. If the concentration becomes too high, the detector emits a loud alarm of 85dB. The ELRO FC5003 complies with the European standard EN 50291-1:2010.

Installation

The ELRO FC5003 carbon monoxide detectors come with the necessary mounting materials (screws and plugs), allowing you to easily and quickly attach them to the wall.

Mount the detectors approximately 1.5 meters from the floor on the wall. Ensure they are placed at least 1.85 meters away from any combustion appliance. Please note that the actual alarm sound can be harmful to your hearing if you are close by; therefore, the test volume is slightly lower than the actual alarm sound.
