The ELRO FC5010 carbon monoxide detector ensures that you are warned in time when poisonous carbon monoxide gas is produced. This gas is odorless and invisible, making it impossible to detect without a detector. Carbon monoxide is caused by incomplete combustion and can occur near a chimney, water heater or central heating boiler.

This ELRO detector features a high-quality electrochemical sensor that constantly measures the concentration of carbon monoxide in the air. The display shows the CO concentration. If the concentration becomes too high, the detector emits a loud 85 dB alarm. The ELRO FC5010 complies with the European standard EN 50291-1:2010.

Installation

The ELRO FC5010 carbon monoxide detector is supplied as standard with the required mounting materials, screws and plugs. This allows you to mount the detector quickly and easily on the wall.

Mount it on the wall at approximately 1.5 m from the floor. Also make sure to keep it at least 1.85 m away from any combustion appliance. Please note that, because the actual alarm may be harmful to your hearing when standing nearby, the test volume is slightly lower than the actual alarm sound.
