Heat Detector Compact Design- 10-year Battery (FH7210)

You can use the ELRO FH7210 Heat Detector in places where a normal smoke detector would not be appropriate. I.E. places where cooking fumes or water vapour may occur often, like the kitchen or the shower/bathroom. The heat detector reacts to extreme temperatures (> 54 degrees Celsius). The lithium battery means you are protected for at least 10 years without having to replace the battery.

This beautifully designed detector by ELRO is equipped with a high-quality sensor which measures the temperature with high accuracy. If the area's temperature becomes too high, the detector sounds an alarm of 85dB. The ELRO FH7210 complies with the European standard BS5446-2: 2003. ELRO also provides a 5-year warranty on this heat detector.

Installation

The FH7210 heat detector from ELRO comes supplied with all the necessary fixing material. With this set you can easily attach the detector with screws to your ceiling.

Always place the heat detector on the ceiling. The best places to place a heat detector are places where cooking fumes or water vapour may occur, such as the kitchen or the shower/bathroom.

Maintenance

To ensure the optimal operation of the smoke detector, it is important to keep it clean. The easiest way is to clean it once a month with the vacuum cleaner. Never use detergents when cleaning detectors. Additionally, we recommend you to test the functions of the smoke detector every month by pressing the test button.
