Do I receive a discount on my orders as a business customer?
- As soon as you exceed a certain purchase value threshold within one year, you will automatically move up to a discount group with a higher discount.
How do I request a quote for larger quantities?
How can I place a business order?

You must first register as a business customer, including your VAT number.

Once we have verified your details, we will activate your account and you will receive a confirmation email.

After that, you can start ordering your products almost immediately.
Can I collect my business order myself?
- No, it is not possible to collect your order yourself. Orders are always shipped by us to the address provided.
Where can I have my business order delivered?

Which payment options are available for a business account?
- We offer almost all commonly used payment options, including:

- Creditcard (Master- en Visa Card)

How can I get a copy of my business invoice?
- After every paid order, an invoice is sent directly by email.
I have received a payment overview, but I need an invoice to make the payment.
- If the payment has not yet been completed and you are no longer in the payment environment, you can easily return to the payment environment via your account (account login link) or through the order confirmation email to complete the order.
