Installation

ELRO's FS4610 smoke detector comes standard with all the necessary mounting material. This allows you to easily attach the detector to the desired location. The FS4610 smoke detector is suitable for both ceiling and wall mounting. Activation is simply done by connecting the smoke detector to the supplied ring. After activation, the battery lasts for 10 years.

We recommend installing at least one smoke detector on each floor of your home. Preferably install smoke detectors in rooms that are part of your escape route, such as the corridor, hallway and landing. We also recommend installing smoke detectors in bedrooms and rooms with electronic equipment. Please note, as the actual alarm can be harmful to your hearing when standing nearby, the test volume is somewhat weaker than the actual alarm sound.

Carbon monoxide detector - 10-year sensor (FC2702)

The ELRO FC2702 carbon monoxide detector ensures that you are warned in time of the emergence of the poisonous carbon monoxide gas. This gas is odourless and invisible, making it undetectable without a detector. Carbon monoxide is caused by incomplete combustion and can occur from a chimney, geyser CV boiler.

This detector from ELRO features a high-quality electrochemical sensor which constantly measures the concentration of carbon monoxide in the air. If the concentration is too high, the detector sounds a loud 85dB alarm. The ELRO FC2702 complies with European standard EN 50291-1:2010.

Installation

The ELRO FC2702 carbon monoxide detector comes standard with the necessary mounting material (screws and plugs). This allows you to easily and quickly attach the detector to the wall.

Hang on the wall at about 1.5m from the floor. Also make sure you stay at least 1.85m out of reach of a combustion device. Please note, as the actual alarm can be harmful to your hearing when standing nearby, the test volume is somewhat weaker than the actual alarm sound.
